Eligibility and Access

• Users must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our training programs
• Services are provided for professional and educational use only

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• Accurate and current information must be provided during registration

Course Enrollment and Participation

• Course enrollment is subject to availability and prerequisite requirements
• Payment must be completed before course access is granted
• Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions and complete assignments
• Collaborative and respectful behavior is required in all interactions
• Course materials are for personal use and may not be redistributed

Neural Path Proprietary Content

• All course content, curriculum, and training materials remain the property of Neural Path
• Limited license is granted for personal use during course enrollment period
• No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission
• Course recordings and live session content are confidential and proprietary
• Neural Path trademarks and logos may not be used without authorization

User-Generated Content

• Users retain ownership of original work created during courses
• Neural Path may use anonymized student projects for educational purposes
• Submissions for review or feedback grant limited license for evaluation
• Users warrant that submitted content does not infringe on third-party rights

Payment Requirements

• All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement
• Prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes
• Payment methods accepted include credit cards and bank transfers
• Course fees are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Additional costs for certification or materials will be clearly disclosed

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full refund available if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before course start
• 50% refund available for cancellations 7-14 days before course start
• No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before course commencement
• Refunds processed within 14 business days of approved cancellation
• Course transfers to future sessions may be accommodated subject to availability
• Neural Path reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment

Service Disclaimers

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not provide specific employment or career advancement outcomes
• Course content may be updated or modified without prior notice
• Technical difficulties or interruptions may occasionally occur
• Individual learning outcomes may vary based on effort and background

Limitation of Liability

• Neural Path's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Users assume responsibility for their own learning outcomes and career decisions
• Force majeure events may affect service delivery without liability
• Technical issues beyond our control are excluded from liability claims

Termination by Users

• Users may terminate their participation subject to our cancellation policy
• Account closure requests should be submitted in writing
• Certain obligations may survive termination (payment obligations, confidentiality)

Termination by Neural Path

• We may terminate access for violations of these terms
• Immediate termination may occur for serious misconduct or illegal activity
• Advance notice will be provided when reasonably possible
• Refunds for terminated accounts will be evaluated case by case

Resolution Process

• Initial disputes should be addressed through direct communication with Neural Path
• Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to our management team
• We will attempt good faith resolution within 30 days of notification
• Mediation may be utilized for complex disputes before legal proceedings

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Cyprus law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cyprus courts.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between users and Neural Path.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Assignment

Users may not assign their rights under these terms. Neural Path may assign its rights and obligations.
